(CITY OF GUELPH, ON) Sometime on Wednesday August 2nd 2017, a theft occurred at a location on Speedvale Avenue in Guelph. Culprit(s) gained entry into the building and then into a service vehicle parked inside. Stolen was a large quantity of tools.
