(CITY OF GUELPH, ON) At approximately 1:30am on Thursday January 26th 2017, a break and enter occurred at business located on Woodlawn Road in Guelph. Entry was gained by forcefully removing the hinges off the door. Stolen was a quantity of cigarettes.
