(TOWN OF MINTO, ON) Sometime between the dates of Sunday July 24th and Saturday August 13th 2016, an act of mischief occurred at a location on Prospect Street in Palmerston. Damage was caused to the Palmerston Evangelical Missionary Church by smashing three of the building’s basement windows.
